Flow Learning Classic Course Retirement - 30.09.2026

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering engaging, practical and modern learning experiences, we will be retiring the final three management courses built using our legacy authoring platform:

These courses will be removed from Flow Learning on 30 September 2026. After this date, these titles will no longer be available to assign out and all current allocations will be removed from learners’ platforms. You can continue to see historic reports on these titles by toggling on ‘Inactive Modules’ in the Learner Progress Report.

While these courses have supported managers for many years, they no longer reflect the standards we expect from our learning content today. They were built before the widespread adoption of mobile learning, modern accessibility standards and the practical, scenario-based learning approaches that are now central to Flow Learning.

We’ve introduced a growing suite of short, practical management modules designed to support new and developing managers through real operational challenges.

Available now:

These scenario-based modules help managers build confidence and capability in the situations they encounter every day, from leading team briefings and giving feedback to managing performance during busy shifts.

If you need management content specific to your business, Mapal Studio provides the tools to create your own learning experiences using our AI-powered authoring platform. Mapal Studio enables our customers to rapidly create, customise and maintain learning content that reflects their own processes, standards and leadership expectations.
