Manage company documentation on Mapal OS

Start from: The Mapal OS Configuration module.

  • Navigate to Documentation.

The purpose of this section is to have a single place to collect documentation. The screen shows you a grid with all the uploaded documentation, showing details such as the name, creation date, how big the file is and if it’s indexed with the AI.

Add new document

  • Select + New Document.

  • Upload or drag & drop a file. The only file type allowed is .pdf.
  • Assign a Name* to your file.
  • Select if you want to Index to the AI or not.
  • Select Next.

  • Select the Business Units that will have access to this document. Use the Search bar or Filter to locate specific Business Units or select All business units if you want to assign it to all business units in the list. 
  • Once Business Units are selected, press Next

  • Select the specific Department(s) that will have access to the document.
  • Select Save.

Once saved, your file will now be registered on the Documentation grid. If you want to find a specific file there, you can use the Search feature.

Take surveys about your company

Start from: The Mapal One dashboard.  

  • Select Company > Surveys from the main menu.  

 

You will see a screen with all the available surveys for you.  

  • Select a specific tile to access a survey.  

 

  • Complete the survey by responding to a mix of questions.  

Notes: Surveys can have different question types such as NPS, face ratings, multiple select, single select, and open text questions. Also, there could be different including eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score), social surveys, and feedback forms. 

 

  • Once all questions are answered, select Send to submit your feedback so it can be recorded and analyzed. 

Make suggestions about your company

Start from: The Mapal One dashboard. 

  • Select the Company > Suggestion Box from the main menu. 

 

You will now see a form with all the fields necessary to submit your suggestion.  

To send a suggestion: 

  • Assign a Title to your suggestion. 

  • Choose the relevant Category and Subcategory based on the topic or department. 

  • Enter your Suggestion in the provided field. If desired, select the option Anonymous suggestion to submit anonymously. 

  • You can use the Upload file field to attach documents to your suggestion. 

  • Select Send to submit the suggestion.  

Once submitted, suggestions are reviewed by the appropriate managers. Employees may receive notifications acknowledging their submission and providing updates on any actions taken.
