Deviation settings
- Deviation type - select an option from the drop-down list. The deviation types available are:
- Regular: Basic deviation flow for direct action.
- Regular - Comments Required: Basic deviation flow for direct action.
- Correctivo: Deviation flow with direct and corrective action.
- Corrective - Comments Required: Deviation flow with direct and corrective action.
- Corrective One-Step - Comments Required: Deviation flow with direct and one-step corrective action.
- SMARTask Deviation: Basic SMARTask deviation flow for direct action.
- SMARTask Deviation - Comments Required: Basic SMARTask deviation flow for direct action.
- Text description - this is the default option for reporting a deviation. It requires the user to enter a description of the deviation, the date it occurred, to assign the person responsible for addressing it and when it should be fixed by.
- Deviation option list - select to enable a drop-down list of deviation options for the user to select from O to create a new list.
- Puntaje - enter the score for this answer O tick the Ignore score box.
