Comience desde el panel de control del sistema operativo Mapal.
- Seleccione el Openbutton on the Engagement panel, to access the dashboard.
Filtering dashboard information
En el Inicio screen, you will see an overview of your recent activity in Engagement. By default, you'll see information related to the last month (30 days).
- Adjust the date filters at the top of the screen to customise the date range.
You can also filter to see data for a specific level or department. There are three drop-downs: one for level 1, one for level 2 and one for level 3. By default, the unfiltered view shows activity from the whole company.
- Select from the Nivel 1 dropdown menu to choose that particular level or department. For example, "Spain".
- Select from the Nivel 2 dropdown to choose another level within Level 1, for example "Madrid".
- Finally, select from the Nivel 3 dropdown to choose a further level within Level 2, for example "Salamanca".
From the left hand menu you can access the platform configuration and the settings for each Engagement feature.
