Would you like to take into account only 50% of breakfast service staff when calculating your food cost price? You can easily change the calculation rule at any time.
- Seleccionar Management > Food cost price.
- Seleccionar Ajustes.
The service costing percentage is set to 100% by default.
- Seleccione una percentage to modify it.
- Once the percentages have been set, select Finalizar.
?? Once the calculation rule has been modified, Easilys will take it into account in its food cost price calculation. You can recalculate the food cost price for the previous period using this new rule.
