NotaAlgunas empresas optan por cambiar el nombre de "tasaciones" por uno que les resulte más conveniente. Si "tasaciones" forma parte de su paquete y tiene problemas para encontrarlo en su sistema, póngase en contacto con nosotros.
Empezar desde: El panel de aprendizaje de Flow.
- Seleccionar Learning & Development > Appraisals to view a list of all Appraisals that have been scheduled.
- Seleccionar Buscar
to find the appraisal you want to add a reviewer to. - Usar Filtrar
to filter the appraisals in the list by a number of categories. Change a category from All a Selected to reveal the options to filter by. - Seleccione el Check box beside the appraisal in the list that you want to edit to highlight it. You can select multiple appraisals.
- Seleccionar Más
> Assign reviewer to open a window with the option to assign a reviewer. - Select a reviewer from the Gerente dropdown menu to assign them the selected appraisal(s).
- Seleccionar Ahorrar to confirm the change and assign the appraisal(s) to the selected manager for review O seleccionar Cerca to cancel.
Nota: When selecting Ahorrar, a pop-up will confirm that the selected appraisal(s) were successfully assigned to the reviewer.
- Seleccionar Cerca to return to the Appraisals Management page.
The new reviewer can access all of their assigned appraisals from within their Flow Learning Dashboard under Tasaciones pendientes de mi revisión.
Default reviewers
Default reviewers can also be set at Branch level:
- Seleccionar Company > Company structure > Branches.
- Seleccionar Vista
to open the list of available branches. - Seleccione el Rama you wish to add a default reviewer to.
- Seleccionar Más
- Seleccionar Editarwhich will open the branch details pop up.
- Scroll down and select the Appraisal Default Reviewer dropdown and chose a reviewer from the list.
- Seleccionar Ahorrar Para confirmar.
The chosen reviewer will be assigned automatically to appraisals allocated to any learner within this same branch. Appraisal reviewers can access all of their assigned appraisals from within their Flow Learning Dashboard under Tasaciones pendientes de mi revisión.
