Empezar desde: El módulo de fuerza laboral.
- Seleccionar Configuración > Notificaciones desde el menú principal.
- Once on this screen, the user will see the main table listing all notifications that users can configure based on their role permissions.
- Seleccione el Nuevo + Botón para asignar nuevos destinatarios y notificaciones.
- A popup window will show 5 fields, for which you’ll have to select:
- Área: Used to filter the events to which the user associates recipients. This field is mandatory. There are five areas: Payroll Incidents, Sick Leaves, Other Absenteeism Incidents, Proposal, and Holidays. Select Proposal.
- Evento: Displays the list of different events based on the previously selected scope. This field is mandatory. Here, you can select as many Proposal events as needed.
- Role: Associate users with a specific role as recipients of the selected event or events.
- User: Associate users as recipients of the selected event or events.
- Estado: Assign an active or inactive status to your notification. By default, notifications will be created with an Activo estado, de forma que, desde el momento de su creación, si ocurre alguno de los eventos de notificación asociados, los usuarios recibirán las notificaciones correspondientes.
Nota: El Role field is not mandatory if a user is selected, and the Usuario field is not mandatory if a role is selected.
- When the user selects Aceptar, as many event-role and event-user notifications will be generated as selected.
