Access the shift status section: Ir a la Workforce scheduler and open the Shift Status section via the Detailed Information botón.

Select and update the shift status: Select the shifts you want to modify and change their status to "Completed".

Review changes in the schedule: Once you return to the main screen, you will see that the status column has been fully updated.

Understand batch updates: Note that status changes are applied in bulk for the entire week, regardless of the days selected. This feature is temporary and will be updated in the future.

Verify the status update: The status change will be reflected both in the indicator below the date and in the shift details.

Modify the status to "Reviewed": Regresar a la Shift Status section and select the option to change the status to "Reviewed".

Select multiple shifts and update in bulk: Utilice el checkbox at the top of the table to select all shifts and modify their status at once. Verify that the changes are reflected correctly in the icon under the date, then review the details.

Close shifts: Finally, change the shift status to "Closed". The status column will be fully updated, affecting all days of the week, even if only some days were selected.

Track modifications: This change will be recorded in the Estado section, showing the date, the user who made the modification, and the updated status.
This process will help you maintain clear and precise scheduling in Workforce, allowing you to revisit shift management as often as necessary.
