Contact the Support team or your administrator for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Start from:<\/strong> The Easilys menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access the profile list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select your name in the menu panel, then choose <strong>Site Parameters<\/strong>. If your permissions allow it, you can manage them from Mapal OS. Refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/es\/mapal-os-1\/gestion-de-usuarios\/perfiles-de-usuario\/gestionar-perfiles-de-usuario-en-mapal-os\/\"><strong>Manage user profiles in Mapal OS<\/strong><\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>If your configuration allows profile management from within Easilys, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Create a new profile by selecting <strong>Create a user profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Edit a profile by selecting the pencil icon at the end of the row.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Delete a profile by selecting the trash bin icon at the end of the row.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Duplicate a profile by selecting the icon showing two sheets of paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set profile permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>You can manage the <strong>authorised pages<\/strong> and <strong>authorised actions<\/strong> for each profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>To set which pages are authorised for users linked to this profile:\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select <strong>Authorised Pages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Enable or disable the desired pages using the search field if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>To set which actions are authorised for users linked to this profile:\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select <strong>Authorised Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Enable or disable the desired actions using the search field if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> When managing profiles, you can only enable or disable permissions that you yourself have.
