Permissions and actions: Workforce 2.0
Start from: The Workforce module.
- Navigate to Configuration > Roles.

The Workforce 2.0 screen has several available permissions:

Note: Bear in mind that in most cases, a combination of permissions is required. That is, to be able to edit or manage a section, you must also grant access.
Workforce Management

- Access: Grants access to the screen and viewing from the grid. When accessing an employee, only the Time and Attendance and Documentation sections are visible.
- Create/Edit/Delete Warnings: Allows managing employee warnings from the Employment Information section.
- Create: Allows adding new employees to the workforce.
Personal Data Management

- Edit personal data: Allows viewing and editing the Personal Data section and all available fields according to the employee record configuration.
Work Period Management
- Access Employment Information: Allows viewing the employee's Employment Information, periods and situations.
- Create Work Period: Allows creating new work periods.
- Edit Work Period: Must be combined with the hire date or termination date permissions for editing to be possible.
- Delete Work Period: Allows deleting work periods for the selected employee.
- Edit Hire Date: Allows modifying the hire date of the period. Must be combined with the Edit Work Period permission.
- Assign Termination Date: Allows setting a termination date for the period as well as the termination reason. Must be combined with the Edit Work Period permission.
- Edit Termination: Allows modifying the termination date of the period. Must be combined with the Edit Work Period permission.
Labour Situation Management

- Create Labour Situation: Allows creating new employment situations. Access to Employment Information must be enabled.
- Delete Labour Situation: Allows deleting employment situations for the selected employee.
- Edit Labour Situation: Allows modifying work restrictions in the selected employment situation.
- Edit Labour situations (permissions only): Allows modifying all data related to the employment situation. In this case, for full change control, the permission should be turned off.
Time and Attendance Management
- Access to all business units for clock-in assignment: Allows assigning centres to employees for clocking in, even if the user does not have viewing permission for all centres.
