It can be linked to a credit note request created manually or automatically by Easilys if it detects a discrepancy between the order and the delivery or between the delivery and the reception. It can also be created manually without being linked to a credit note request. This allows you to keep a record of a non-compliance during delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When you validate the reception<\/strong> containing claims, you can <strong>find these claims in a dedicated screen for tracking<\/strong>. As shown below, you can view, print and\/or send them by email according to your organization. Once the claim is processed, you can set its status to <strong>Completed<\/strong> for effective tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Supplier orders &gt; Claims<\/strong> tabs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>You will find all generated claims. (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Filter by status and\/or by suppliers to more easily find the claim you are looking for. (2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"620\" height=\"530\" src=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-357.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10098\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-357.png 620w, https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-357-300x256.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Select the claim<\/strong> you want to view in detail and\/or send to the supplier, if this was not done automatically when validating the reception.The details will be displayed on the screen.<br><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Automatic sending of claims can be configured on the supplier record. For more information, see the article <a href=\"https:\/\/mapalcustomerselfservice.powerappsportals.com\/fr-FR\/knowledgebase\/article\/KA-01358\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Create a new supplier record<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add<\/strong>, if necessary, <strong>tracking comments<\/strong>. (3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Download or print<\/strong> the claim, if necessary, by selecting <strong>Reports<\/strong>. (4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send the claim,<\/strong> if necessary, by choosing the <strong>sending method<\/strong> if several are available.
