{"id":12138,"date":"2025-01-16T14:13:26","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T13:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/?p=12138"},"modified":"2026-01-26T11:51:43","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T10:51:43","slug":"garer-les-intitulas-de-poste-dans-mapal-os","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/fr\/mapal-os-fr\/gestion-des-entreprises\/intitules-de-postes\/garer-les-intitulas-de-poste-dans-mapal-os\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e9rer les intitul\u00e9s de poste dans Mapal OS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<p><strong>Start from: <\/strong>The Mapal OS dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Configuration<\/strong> tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Business Management &gt; Job titles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-01104\/img0.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Searching for job titles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select the <strong>magnifying glass icon <\/strong>and search the job title you are looking for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-01104\/img1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding a job title<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select\u00a0 <strong>+ Add Job Title(s)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>You can add them\u00a0one by one, by selecting\u00a0<strong>Add job title<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the<strong> name<\/strong> of the new job title and select\u00a0<strong>Create job title<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-01104\/img2.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The new job title will be added to the OS and synchronised into Flow platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding list of job titles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>You can also upload a list of job titles using the <strong>Add list of job titles <\/strong>option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>You can download the \"<strong>Job titles list template<\/strong>\" to be filled out and re-upload it using the \"<strong>Click to upload or drag &amp; drop<\/strong>\" section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-01104\/img3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The new job titles will be added to the OS and synchronised into Flow platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modifying job titles names\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select the <strong>three dots icon<\/strong> and select <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Amend the <strong>name<\/strong> and select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-01104\/img4.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The change will apply immediately in Mapal OS and Flow (no changes will be made to the learner's training), and users will be assigned to the new job title name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deleting a job title<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select the <strong>three dots icon<\/strong> and select<strong> Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permissions of access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Users with access to<strong> maintain<\/strong> job titles can also assign job titles to employees and users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Users with access to <strong>view <\/strong>job titles can access job titles via the menu, and search for job titles using the magnifying glass icon. They also can assign job titles to employees and users. However, they can't add new or edit existing job titles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Users with <strong>no access to<\/strong> job titles cannot assign these to users and employees.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding attributes in Workforce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Once created, a job title will sync with all contracted Products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>If you're a Workforce customer, you might need to add extra attributes to categories within Workforce.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>From the Workforce dashboard, select <strong>Configuration <\/strong>from the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Categories <\/strong>tile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>From the list of categories, select the entry you need to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Within the <strong>Edit Category<\/strong> popup window, adjust the attributes according to your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-01104\/img5.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Linking Job Titles in Flow Learning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>After adding a job title, it\u2019s crucial to link it to a training structure in Flow Learning. Without this connection, learners assigned to that job title won\u2019t receive their relevant training assignments, which could significantly impact their learning and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Company &gt; Job Titles<\/strong> in Flow Learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select the job title you want to link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the appropriate training structure from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>This ensures that employees with the linked job title are automatically assigned the correct training content.
