liste pour trouver un apprenant OU s\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Rechercher<\/strong> et saisissez le nom du ou des apprenants OU s\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Filtrer<\/strong> pour filtrer la liste \u00e0 l'aide des options disponibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> un point appara\u00eet \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'ic\u00f4ne pour indiquer qu'un filtre est appliqu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez aussi utiliser la fonction rapide de recherche :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Entreprise > Apprenants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saisissez le nom de l'apprenant dans <strong>Rechercher un apprenant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image les deux comptes apprenants \u00e0 fusionner localis\u00e9s, ouvrez les deux profils :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez le profil contenant la formation termin\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> une notification s'affiche sur ce profil pour indiquer que l'adresse e-mail est utilis\u00e9e par plusieurs apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copiez l'<strong>External Id<\/strong> de l'autre profil (celui qui poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 l'External <strong>Identifiant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Suivant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez les deux fiches apprenants c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te pour vous assurer que les bonnes informations sont fusionn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Confirmer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un message confirme que les informations de l'apprenant ont bien \u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9es et le profil est mis \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foire aux questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quelles sont les principales raisons de fusionner des apprenants ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9int\u00e9grer des apprenants ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 pour l'entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un profil manuel a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en premier, puis un autre profil est automatiquement ajout\u00e9 depuis le syst\u00e8me de Paie de l'entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fautes d'orthographe (lorsqu'un nouveau profil a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 avec le nom correct).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Peut-on fusionner deux profils qui ont un ID externe ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oui, c'est possible, mais notez que la mise \u00e0 jour des informations peut prendre jusqu'\u00e0 24 heures. Celle-ci se fera apr\u00e8s la prochaine ex\u00e9cution du feed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Que se passe-t-il si les deux profils ont des formations termin\u00e9es ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous ne pouvons conserver qu'un seul ensemble de formations valid\u00e9es sur un profil. Si l'apprenant a termin\u00e9 des formations diff\u00e9rentes sur chacun, il devra refaire ces formations apr\u00e8s la fusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Que faire si je ne vois pas le bouton de fusion ou si les apprenants n'ont pas d'ID externes ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre plateforme n'affiche pas l'ic\u00f4ne de fusion, ou si elle l'affiche mais que les apprenants n'ont pas d'ID externes, veuillez contacter <strong><a href=\"mailto:help@mapal-os.com\">help@mapal-os.com<\/a><\/strong> pour obtenir de l'aide.
