{"id":12268,"date":"2025-01-16T14:13:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T13:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/?p=12268"},"modified":"2026-01-26T11:53:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T10:53:58","slug":"passer-commande-vers-approlocal-depuis-easilys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/fr\/easilys-fr\/commandes-fournisseurs\/commandes-fournisseurs-1\/passer-commande-vers-approlocal-depuis-easilys\/","title":{"rendered":"Passer commande vers APPROLOCAL depuis Easilys"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-wrapper=\"true\">\n<p><strong>Start from: <\/strong>The Easilys menu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trouvez les produits APPROLOCAL sur Easilys<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">S\u00e9lectionnez<strong> Commandes fournisseurs <\/strong>dans le menu principal<strong> &gt; Commandes fournisseurs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">Vous pouvez utiliser les filtres dans les sections <strong>\u00ab Fournisseurs \u00bb OU \u00ab Famille de produits \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Les familles de produits APPROLOCAL contiennent le terme \u00ab APL \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de commande<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">S\u00e9lectionnez votre<strong> premier produit<\/strong> pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer votre Commande d'achat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">S\u00e9lectionnez la <strong>Commande<\/strong> pour ajouter d'autres produits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Envoyer la commande<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">S\u00e9lectionnez la<strong> Commande<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les d\u00e9tails de la commande sont affich\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">S\u00e9lectionnez<strong> \u00ab Envoyer par EDI \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remarque : <\/strong>Les commandes ne peuvent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es qu'en mode EDI. EDI est un terme technique d\u00e9signant un lien d'\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es entre deux logiciels.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" align=\"none\" alt=\"\" data-msdynid=\"___b544e3b8-8ebc-ef11-b8e8-7c1e5226acaf___\" data-msdyntype=\"data:image\/png;base64\" height=\"1122\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/migration\/KA-01408\/img0.jpg\" style=\"width: 1510px; height: 1122px\" width=\"1510\"><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Une fois la commande envoy\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-position: inside\">Votre commande sera <strong>cr\u00e9\u00e9e automatiquement dans APPROLOCAL<\/strong> : elle sera approuv\u00e9e par le fournisseur si ce dernier est en mesure de livrer tout ou partie de votre commande. Il peut donc modifier et\/ou annuler votre commande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Veuillez ne pas renvoyer ou modifier votre commande. Vous devez attendre l'approbation pour la valider, la modifier ou l'annuler.
