{"id":12323,"date":"2025-06-16T13:41:35","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T11:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/?p=12323"},"modified":"2026-01-27T15:43:15","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T14:43:15","slug":"rapondre-aux-rapports-de-daviation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/fr\/compliance-fr\/niveau-local\/vue-densemble-1\/rapondre-aux-rapports-de-daviation\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9pondre aux rapports de d\u00e9viation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<p><strong>Start from: <\/strong>The Compliance overview:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Navigate to your <strong>location\u2019s Overview<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Open deviations<\/strong> tile, you may see separate tabs for Daily Schedule and Forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>relevant deviation report <\/strong>from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img0.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>You can also respond deviations from within the <strong>Daily Schedule<\/strong> if the deviation originated there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>In the <strong>Forms<\/strong> section, deviations may appear in the top summary, but are not clickable. You need to open the related form to respond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img2.jpg\"><br>Respond to a regular deviation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>This is the most common type of deviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Locate the <strong>deviation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the configuration, two types exist:\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>No comment required:<\/strong> Click <strong>Close deviation<\/strong> directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Comment required:<\/strong>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Enter the reason in <strong>State the reason for the deviation and the measures taken*<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Describe both <strong>why it happened<\/strong> and <strong>what you did to resolve<\/strong> or prevent it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Then select <strong>Close deviation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img4.jpg\"><br>Use this for typical operational issues like a missed cleaning task or an out-of-range temperature check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respond to a corrective action deviation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Corrective action deviations are typically tied to higher-risk tasks and require a more detailed follow-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Locate the <strong>deviation.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Direct action<\/strong> panel\u00a0appears in your deviation. Here, follow the <strong>same steps as in a regular deviation<\/strong>\u00a0(as above) to be able to <strong>close the direct action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img5.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Now, you will see the <strong>Create corrective action<\/strong> button in your task. Select it.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img6.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>In the Corrective panel, fill out:\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Describe the corrective action*<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select a <strong>Responsible<\/strong> user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Set a <strong>Due date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Enregistrer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img7.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Back in the task, in the Corrective action section, <strong>State the reason for the deviation and the measures taken*.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Close corrective action.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img8.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/migration\/KA-02102\/img9.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Like regular deviations, some corrective action deviations may not require a comment depending on how they are set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identify downcooling deviations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Deviations from downcooling are logged just like any other compliance task. They appear in deviation reports and must be investigated and resolved (e.g., repairing faulty equipment, discarding food). Once action is taken, the deviation can be closed in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"background-color:#ededed\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n\n<li><strong>Successful example<\/strong>: Item cools from 40 \u00b0C to 19 \u00b0C within the hour? marked as successful downcooling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Failure example<\/strong>: Item cools only to 25 \u00b0C within the hour? system raises a deviation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>To see deviations related to downcooling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Forms &gt; [Specific downcooling form]<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Downcooling forms must be configured in order for them to work.
