From the Scheduled Alerts<\/strong> screen you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    \n\n
  • Filter by Business Unit<\/strong>: select the centre to view or create alerts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
  • Filter by Status<\/strong>: view active, inactive, or all alerts.\n\n
      \n\n
    • To deactivate an alert, click Active<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    • To reactivate an alert, filter for Inactive<\/strong> and click Inactive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    • Edit \/ View Details \/ Delete<\/strong>: edit or view configured alerts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

      Note:<\/strong> alerts that have already been executed cannot be deleted, only deactivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

        Create a new alert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

        • Navigate to Time & Attendance > Scheduled Alerts.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
        • Select New<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

            \n\n
          • Select the Day<\/strong> of the week to be checked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
          • Select the time of day to be checked in Hour<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
          • Choose one of three alert types:\n\n
              \n\n
            • Minimum<\/strong>: triggers if staff on shift are fewer than the minimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
            • Maximum<\/strong>: triggers if staff on shift exceed the maximum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
            • Exact<\/strong>: triggers if staff on shift do not match the exact number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
            • Choose whether the alert compares against:\n\n
                \n\n
              • Projected shifts<\/strong>: check the Shifts<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
              • A specific number<\/strong> of staff: enter the value manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
              • Apply to all staff categories<\/strong> or select a specific one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
              • Select Save<\/strong> to record your new alert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
              • After saving, locate the alert on the list and press the blue arrow<\/strong> button.\n\n
                  \n\n
                • Select the recipients<\/strong> who should receive notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
                • Add users with the blue arrow<\/strong> button in the middle of the panel; remove them with the red \u2013<\/strong> button beside the person's name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
                • Click Close<\/strong> to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

                  • Navigate to Time & Attendance > Executed Alerts.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

                    • Select the time period<\/strong> you want to review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
                    • The screen displays alerts executed by business unit and date, including:\n\n
                        \n\n
                      • The type of alert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
                      • The difference between the configured threshold and actual staff present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
                      • The notification recipients (click the blue arrow button<\/strong> to view).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
