Alternatively, it can be tailored so that only the form section (or parent task) fails based on the number of high-severity child tasks that fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: task severity must be enabled to use this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up severity in forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select <strong>Forms <\/strong>from the main menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select an existing form to edit it or select <strong>CREATE FORM<\/strong> to create a new one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to <strong>Settings <\/strong>and select the <strong>Enable Severity Failure<\/strong> toggle button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the number of High severity tasks that will trigger the form to fail. <strong>Note<\/strong>: you can leave this at zero if you only want sections within the form to fail, and not the entire form itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/migration\/KA-01686\/img0.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up severity in tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Once severity is enabled for the form, you can define how individual tasks within it contribute to a fail result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Open the form and go to the draft page where the tasks are listed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>For each <strong>Task<\/strong> (new or existing), use the <strong>Task severity<\/strong> dropdown (next to the task name) to assign a severity level (for example, Low, Medium or High). If the number of task failures reaches this number when the form is closed, then the form will be marked as failed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/migration\/KA-01686\/img1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Each parent task has its own configuration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Task Severity dropdown<\/strong>: Allows selection of the severity level that for that task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Severity Failure toggle<\/strong>: Enables failure for the parent task. This is optional and should be used if certain child tasks should trigger a parent task to fail. You can then specify the number of failed child tasks that will fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/migration\/KA-01686\/img2.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>A task is deemed as failed if a deviation is created from it. If the number of high severity task deviations equals or exceeds the set threshold in the form settings, the form is marked as 'failed' once completed.<br>If there are fewer deviations on high severity tasks, or any deviations on non-high-severity tasks, or no deviations at all, the form is marked as 'pass'. The form's status is automatically calculated when it has been marked as\u00a0 complete. This information is then fed back to head office via the <strong>Central Overview<\/strong> page (see example below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: The fail\/pass status of a form is not linked to its score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other considerations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>If a form is completed and is marked as a fail, users can still close the opened deviations, but the form status will remain as fail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>While the form is still ongoing, users might open a deviation and close it, but the form will still have a fail status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Users can see the number of form failures across their business from the<strong> Central Overview<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De nombreux audits n\u00e9cessitent un r\u00e9sultat r\u00e9ussite\/\u00e9chec.
