See\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/fr\/?p=12531\"><strong>Upload historical training records for more information<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Before you can share learning records with other companies, we must have written permission from both companies involved to enable this option.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enabling on Flow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Once consent has been given to enable this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager so they can enable it on the Flow platform for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Once this feature has been enabled, learners with profiles on both companies\u2019 platforms will be able to share any completed records across both platforms, provided the following conditions are met:<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The companies involved have given written consent in agreement for this sharing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The companies involved have an established affiliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The learner has a linked trainee and user account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The learner has been added to Flow through a feed (not manually).<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The modules being shared are available on both platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>The modules being shared are assigned to both learner profiles and are completed by the learner profile you are copying from and not be completed by the learner profile you are copying to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing records (as a learner)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Navigate to the learner\u2019s\u00a0<strong>profile page\u00a0<\/strong>on Mapal One.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Copy training records from <company name><\/company><\/strong>\u00a0to share (if there are any records available matching the criteria above).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<company name><\/company>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flow Learning permet aux apprenants de partager leurs dossiers de formation compl\u00e9t\u00e9s sur plusieurs plateformes dans les cas o\u00f9 ils ont eu plusieurs emplois.
