V\u00e9rifier les r\u00e9ceptions En cours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des r\u00e9ceptions non valid\u00e9es \u00e0 la date de l'inventaire, ou ant\u00e9rieures, emp\u00eachent la cl\u00f4ture de celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Retrouver les r\u00e9ceptions En cours<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rendez-vous dans <strong>Commandes fournisseurs > R\u00e9ceptions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ouvrez les <strong>filtres de p\u00e9riode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modifiez la date de d\u00e9but en choisissant une date volontairement ancienne afin d'effectuer une recherche large.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1007\" height=\"521\" src=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-07-28-a-las-5.07.52-p.-m.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-07-28-a-las-5.07.52-p.-m.png 1007w, https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-07-28-a-las-5.07.52-p.-m-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-07-28-a-las-5.07.52-p.-m-768x397.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1007px) 100vw, 1007px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9ceptions au statut <strong>En cours<\/strong> apparaissent alors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez ensuite :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valider<\/strong> les r\u00e9ceptions si vous souhaitez en conserver l'historique. Les r\u00e9ceptions valid\u00e9es apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage de l'inventaire en cours ne sont toutefois pas prises en compte dans celui-ci et n'impactent donc pas les stocks. Si n\u00e9cessaire, les quantit\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9es manuellement directement dans l'inventaire afin de refl\u00e9ter ces mouvements de stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supprimer<\/strong> les r\u00e9ceptions si elles ne sont plus n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, il est conseill\u00e9 de supprimer les anciennes r\u00e9ceptions rest\u00e9es au statut <strong>En cours<\/strong>. V\u00e9rifier que tous les produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inventori\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cl\u00f4turer un inventaire, tous les produits de la liste doivent \u00eatre point\u00e9s comme inventori\u00e9s, m\u00eame si leur quantit\u00e9 est \u00e9gale \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Les filtres appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9cran peuvent masquer certains produits. C'est uniquement apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9tape <strong>Cl\u00f4tur\u00e9<\/strong> que l'inventaire est d\u00e9finitivement valid\u00e9 et que les stocks sont mis \u00e0 jour. Vous pouvez donc soit passer l'inventaire en <strong>Termin\u00e9<\/strong> puis le faire cl\u00f4turer par votre responsable, soit le cl\u00f4turer directement si vos droits d'acc\u00e8s vous le permettent.
