Un administrador asigna estos permisos en <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n > Roles<\/strong>. Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, consulta <a href=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/es\/workforce-es\/documentacion-1\/permisos-y-acciones-plantillas-de-documento\/\">Permisos y acciones: Plantillas de documento<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selecciona <strong>Documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el men\u00fa principal.<\/li>\n<li>Selecciona la pesta\u00f1a <strong>Plantillas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Selecciona la plantilla. Para a\u00f1adir una variable, selecciona <strong>+ Insertar variable<\/strong>. Consulta las reglas en <a href=\"https:\/\/help.mapal-os.com\/es\/workforce-es\/documentacion-1\/crear-una-plantilla-de-documento\/\">Crear una plantilla de documento<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Etiquetas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estado<\/strong>. Selecciona el interruptor para marcar la plantilla como <strong>Activa<\/strong> o <strong>Inactiva<\/strong>. Las plantillas inactivas no aparecen en la lista <strong>Plantilla<\/strong> al asignar documentos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Selecciona <strong>Aceptar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Observaciones:<\/strong> No puedes sustituir el archivo Word de una plantilla. Para cambiar su contenido, crea una plantilla nueva y elimina la anterior.<\/p>\n<p>La ventana <strong>Editar plantilla<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n muestra el archivo Word y sus <strong>Variables detectadas<\/strong>. Para descargar el archivo, selecciona el icono de descarga junto a \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>Para encontrar una plantilla, selecciona el icono de filtro y filtra por <strong>Estado<\/strong>, <strong>Etiquetas<\/strong> o <strong>Modificado por<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puedes cambiar el nombre, el nombre del archivo generado, las etiquetas y el estado de una plantilla de documento sin volver a subirla.
