Motifs de reconnaissance
Recognition reasons are the defining motives for recognition, and it is necessary to define them to make it easier for the users to find a better definition of the recognitions, and at the same time to be able to measure as a company the most and least used reasons.
Edit Recognition Reasons
- Accéder à Settings > Recognition reasons.
Add recognition reasons
- Sélectionner New Reason.
- In the Add a new reason for Recognition page, you must complete:
- Statut: Define if the recognition reason is active or no.
- File upload: Must be an image (PNG, JPG, or JPEG file), and the recommended resolution is 500x500px.
- Langue: Select the main language for this recognition reason.
- Description: Add more information about this new reason.
- Add translation: Add all the translations needed for this recognition.
The new recognition reason will now appear in the grid.
Edit & Delete recognition reasons
Modifier
- Locate an existing recognition reason from the list.
- Sélectionnez le Bouton d'action (trois points) at the far right of the recognition reason’s row.
- Sélectionner Modifier. The Modify reason window will appear, make all the changes needed.
- Sélectionner Mise à jour.
Supprimer
- Locate an existing Job Title from the list.
- Sélectionnez le Bouton d'action (trois points) at the far right of the recognition reason’s row.
- Sélectionner Supprimer. A confirmation window will appear at the center of the page.
- Sélectionner Accepter pour terminer la suppression.
Recognition configuration
Venue Managers can configure how many recognitions each employee is allowed to give per month. This setting helps promote meaningful recognition without overwhelming the system or users with excessive entries.
- Sélectionnez le Recognition configuration bouton en haut de la page.
- Dans le How many recognitions can each employee give per month? field, enter the desired number.
Note: 3 recognitions per month is the recommended number.
- Sélectionner Sauvegarder to apply the configuration.
