Start from: The Mapal One Dashboard.
- Select Career > Competences in the main menu.
- Select the Competence you wish to view (for example, 'Leadership') and give a rating out of five stars.
- Select Submit.

Overview
Competences may have a rating enabled for them, which learners would then rate themselves on,to help measure and drive their own personal development. This article explains how learners can rate themselves on Competences that have ratings enabled.
