Enhancements
Workforce – Overnight absences recognised correctly
Absences for shifts that pass midnight (for example, 20:15–04:00) are now handled correctly. The system respects each site's working day (opening hour to just before the same hour next day), ensuring overnight shifts are understood as part of the day they start.
Why this matters
Managers can record overnight shifts without the system incorrectly blocking the absence.

- No new fields or steps: uses the same single-date entry screen.
Dashboard – Tabs by product
The home screen tiles are now organised into a tab bar for users with access to multiple products: an Overview tab plus one tab per product (e.g., Sales, Workforce). Tile content and wording remain the same; this is a simple re-grouping for faster navigation. Users with only one product (or none) see the screen as before.
Why this matters
Managers can quickly focus on a single product view without scrolling a long combined page.

Mobile Platform – Optional update prompt
When a newer app version is available but not required, the app now shows a friendly prompt with "Update now" and "Maybe later." Dismissing it prevents repeat prompts for that version; it will reappear only for a newer version.

Encourages adoption of newer, better-supported versions without interrupting tasks.
