New features
Previous Responses Report: Export up to 7 days
Users can now export Previous Responses Reports for a period of up to seven days, instead of being limited to a single day. Results are grouped by day, making it easier to review checklists and forms completed over longer periods. Attachments are displayed as compact thumbnails to improve readability and reduce the length of the report.
Why does it matter?
Previously, users had to generate separate exports for each day, which made reviews and audits more time-consuming. The new format provides a clearer view of multi-day activity in a single report.
Key benefits
- Export and review up to 7 days of data in a single report
- Clear day-by-day structure for audits and investigations
- More compact display of attachments for improved readability
- Reduced report length and less unnecessary white space

Reheating Process in Forms
Compliance now supports reheating workflows alongside the existing cooling processes. Form designers can enable a new Reheating option and configure the starting temperature, final temperature, duration, and deviation rules. Teams can record and monitor reheating activities directly in Compliance.
Why does it matter?
Until now, Compliance only allowed tracking of cooling processes. Reheating processes often had to be recorded outside the platform, creating gaps in food safety records and compliance visibility.
Key benefits
- Record and monitor reheating processes within Compliance
- Consistently capture temperature and time requirements
- Improve food safety documentation and audit readiness
- Unify reheating and cooling tracking in a single workflow

Clearer Instructions for Deviations and Corrective Actions
The wording of deviation-related question types has been updated to provide clearer instructions when documenting incidents and follow-up actions. The new labels better distinguish between immediate actions taken and corrective actions implemented over the long term.
Why does it matter?
The previous wording could create ambiguity when recording deviation details, leading to inconsistent documentation and less reliable audit records.
Key benefits
- Clearer instructions for users when managing deviations
- Higher quality and consistency of recorded information
- Better traceability of immediate and corrective actions
- Stronger compliance and audit records
Bulk Deletion of Unanswered Tasks
A new API endpoint has been introduced to delete unanswered tasks at the Location Group level. This enhancement expands the existing task management capabilities and reduces the effort required to keep task lists accurate and up to date across multiple locations..
Bugs and fixes
- Data Export Issue | Fixed an incorrect behavior that could display a wrong response status for parent tasks with subtasks in exports.
