Multiple form section selection in the multisite view
It is now possible to select multiple form sections in the multisite view filter to analyze them in parallel (e.g., Safety + Cleaning).
Why it matters:
Previously, only one section could be selected at a time, which slowed down cross-sectional analysis and required repeatedly adjusting filters.
Key benefits:
- Faster comparison of multiple audit sections in a single view
- Fewer interactions during performance and trend analysis
- Better visibility for reporting and follow-up prioritization
Paused sites appear at the bottom of the list
Paused sites are now grouped at the bottom of the site selector, instead of being mixed in with active sites.
Why it matters:
Paused sites were cluttering the list and making it harder to quickly identify active sites.
Key benefits:
- Smoother day-to-day navigation
- Cleaner list and reduced selection errors
- Clearer distinction between active and paused operations
Corrective action card stays open after closing a direct action
When a direct action is closed on a deviation that requires a corrective action, the task remains expanded to allow immediate creation, without needing to reopen it.
Why it matters:
Previously, the task would close and return the user to the planning view, creating friction and increasing the risk of corrective actions being left uncreated.

- Faster corrective action creation
- Fewer missed or delayed corrective actions
Bug Fixes
- Public API – /export-location-groups returned empty results | Incomplete site group exports, affecting integrations and reporting.
- ETI Thermometer – Temperature value frozen on iPhone | Incorrect or non-updating readings that could block controls and trigger false compliance alerts.
- Afternoon daily emails not sent | Scheduled reminders and follow-ups not received by users, disrupting action continuity.
