Navigation – Support Access in Product Switcher
Mapal One now includes a Support option within the global product switcher, making it easier for Employees to access support resources directly from the app.

The Support option will be available where enabled as part of the organisation’s setup.
Why this matters
Providing direct access to support from within the product helps Employees find assistance more quickly and improves overall accessibility to support resources.
