Start from: The Daily Schedule.
- Select My location > Business details in the main menu.

You’ll see an summary of the business, including:

The Business Overview, showing categories that describe the site (e.g. populations served, special groups, or services offered).

The different modules configured (e.g. Food safety, Fire checks).

The tasks belonging to each module.
-
Task information such as Frequency and Date scheduled.

Select the PRINT button to print or save the Business details as a PDF.
Business Overview categories

Customers can define their own categories (e.g. “Serves elderly residents”, “Caters to children”, “Provides diet-specific menus”).

There is no limit on the number of categories that can be created.

Categories can be searched under Locations to quickly find which sites meet a particular criteria.
Example: a manager could search for all locations serving “risk groups” across the organisation.
