This sprint focused on improving configuration visibility across locations, reducing setup friction in forms, and resolving a set of issues affecting task management, attachments, notifications, and user sync.
Enhancements
Tasks per Location Report
A new export is now available on the Structure page to show which central tasks are active across each location. The report gives teams a clearer central view of published tasks, including location-level status, to help identify gaps in task setup and consistency.
Why this matters
Until now, there was no simple central report to verify which tasks were active, paused, or deleted by location. This made it harder to audit rollout coverage and spot configuration issues across sites.
Key benefits
- Improves visibility of task activation by location
- Makes it easier to identify setup inconsistencies across sites
- Supports audits and governance of central task deployment
- Reduces manual checking when reviewing task coverage

Multi-language Toggle in Dropdown List Creation
Users can now enable the multi-language option while creating a new dropdown list, instead of only after saving it first. When enabled, the Localizations tab becomes available immediately as part of the same setup flow.
Why this matters
Previously, users had to save the list first and then reopen it to configure translations. This added unnecessary steps and slowed down multilingual form setup.
Key benefits
- Speeds up dropdown list creation for multilingual teams
- Reduces save-and-edit friction in the setup flow
- Makes translations easier to configure from the start
- Improves usability for global form management

ETI Thermometer Support in PWA
The ETI thermometer is now supported in the PWA app. This extends device compatibility for customers using temperature checks in operational workflows.
Why this matters
Customers using the PWA previously had limited support for this hardware setup. Adding ETI thermometer compatibility improves flexibility for teams relying on temperature capture in daily processes
Key benefits
- Expands hardware support in the PWA experience
- Supports temperature-based operational checks
- Helps teams work more consistently across devices
- Improves adoption for customers using PWA in-store
Bugs & Fixes
- Deviation dropdown long descriptions now display more clearly | Reduces risk of selecting the wrong deviation during forms
- Attachments page navigation issue when clicking task names fixed | Restores correct navigation context in local and central attachments
- Sorting tasks in long task lists fixed | Users can now reorder tasks reliably in large areas
- User sync issue resolved for affected cases | Improves reliability of user creation and synchronization
- Duplicate user update handling improved | Reduces failures caused by conflicting user records
