Attachments Page on Local Overview (Traceability)
We introduced a new Attachments tab within Local Overview, giving full visibility of all supporting evidence uploaded at site level (from tasks and forms). Users can filter by date and type, preview images, download files, and scroll through attachments with full metadata.
Why this matters
Previously, attachments were scattered across forms and tasks, making audit preparation and operational follow-up time-consuming. Sites now have a single, structured view of all evidence for the selected period. They can for example retrieve all the pictures of the product labels they use during one day.

- Full traceability of site-level attachments (including previous form versions, excluding deleted)
- Clear metadata: area/form, task, author, and upload date (tenant timezone)
- Faster audit preparation with preview, download, and infinite scroll
- Improved operational transparency at local level
Deleted Forms Now Available in Public API
Extended external reporting endpoints to include deleted and archived forms.
Why this matters
Deleted forms were not visible via API, creating reporting gaps and limiting customers’ ability to reconcile data or build reliable dashboards.
