Assign more than one user to a deviation
We’ve just released an improvement to the assignee notification flow. From now on, an information email is automatically sent to all assignees as soon as a deviation is opened — the same email applies for both Direct and Corrective Actions. In addition, if a deviation is later edited and a new assignee is added, the system will immediately send the same informing email to the newly assigned user.
? Benefits:
- Immediate awareness: Assignees are notified as soon as they are added, reducing the risk of overlooked deviations.
- Stronger accountability: Clear, automatic communication ensures that the assignees know they are like in cc for an email.
- Consistency across actions: The same notification flow applies to direct and corrective actions for a simpler, more predictable user experience.
- Improved collaboration: Teams stay aligned, reducing misunderstandings and ensuring compliance issues are addressed promptly.
Template for sample label printing
We’ve introduced a multilingual template for sample labels in French, English, and Spanish — it’s now possible to print a label using a Brother printer. We also fixed a bug where the label-printing keys were missing on the new task page.
Improvement on manual downcooling end time management
We can now complete the downcooling process with a single click, without needing to manually enter the end time.
Bug fixing
The ‘can reopen forms’ toggle on a profile role now works as intended. When the toggle is switched off, users with that profile can no longer reopen a form.
