Note: Training managers need to have the correct permissions to edit individual learners' information.
Start from: The Flow Learning Dashboard.
- Select Company > Learners.
- Select Search
- Enter the name of the learner you want to edit, in the search box.
- Select the learner from the list of search results.
- Select Edit
- Make all the required changes to the learner's information within the Edit pop-up menu.
- Select Save.
The changes will be saved and the learners’ information will be updated immediately.
Updates to learners via Feed
If you have an integrated HR/Payroll system feed set up correctly, you won't need to edit learners manually - changes to learners will be synced automatically. This workflow is the same for Flow and OS.
