Build external links

Overview

external links allow you to provide your learners with additional learning resources beyond the Flow catalogue or refer them to external platforms that they may need quick access to, for example the company's website or social media platforms, or portals to request annual leave, receive payslips or access staff benefits. This article covers how to build external links in Flow.

Start from the Flow Learning dashboard.

Select Learning & Development > L&D Settings.
Scroll down to the Other tile.
Select View (the cog icon) in the External links tile.

Select the Add button.
Complete the fields in the Create External Links pop-up form that appears.
Use theSelect Brand(s)andSelect Jurisdiction(s) fields to control the brands and jurisdictions that will have access to this external link.

Note mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
