Add a challenge leaderboard to a collection

Overview

the challenge leaderboard function enables learners to compete with peers and adds a game element to their learning path. Training managers will need to be able to add challenge leaderboards to collections so that their teams can easily access them via their Mapal One accounts. For more information on managing leaderboards, see Manage Challenge Leaderboards.

Start from the Flow Learning dashboard.

Select Learning & Development > L&D Settings from the main menu.
Scroll down to find the Collections tile and select the cog icon on the Create and maintain Collections tile.
Select the collection to which you wish to add the challenge leaderboard.

Dashboard > Learning & Development > L&D Settings > Create and maintain collections

Select Step 2- Learning items.

Select Add +.

The New learning item window will pop up.

Select Challenges from the Type drop-down menu.

Select the Challenge you wish to add to the collection. Note: you will be able to choose from all challenges on your system that haven’t been archived or haven’t yet expired.

Select Add.

Once your challenge has been added as a learning item, the collection can then be assigned to a learner like any other collection. See Assign a collection for more information.
