New languages available in Flow MS
Flow MS now supports additional languages: Polish, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, and Malay. These can be selected wherever language preferences are supported, including system emails, helping deliver a more localized experience for managers and administrators.

AI Assistant update
The AI Assistant has been updated to the latest supported frontend version. This ensures display of the latest required disclaimer information and maintains alignment with current capabilities and standards.

Crop images anywhere
Images can now be cropped across the editor, not only within image tiles. A new drag-and-drop window and rule-of-thirds guides make framing easier, with support for GIF and WebP files.

Edit any lesson image with AI
The AI assistant can now adjust, replace or refine stock images and uploaded images, alongside AI-generated visuals.
Storyline imports for all authors
Articulate Storyline course archives can now be imported without requiring an additional account setting.
Regenerate every translation in one click
All lesson or course translations can now be regenerated at once, without updating each language individually. Translations also refresh immediately when regenerated or deleted, and imported content no longer includes unexpected line breaks within sentences.
Find narration voices by accent
Narration voices can now be filtered by accent—including UK, US and Australian English—as well as by language. The AI assistant also identifies requested voices and accents more reliably.
Include question feedback in PDF exports
Lesson and course PDF exports now include the feedback added to each question, making it easier for reviewers and stakeholders to assess content without completing the lesson themselves.
A refreshed look for lesson tiles
Text, notes, tabs, feedback and callout tiles have been refined with improved styling and smarter contrast, helping content remain readable over colours and background images. Organisation administrators can enable the refreshed design for individual themes from Settings.
Easier course collaboration
Collaborators added at course level can now open and edit every lesson within that course, simplifying access and removing the need to manage permissions lesson by lesson.
Additional improvements
Rename, recolour or delete content tags from Settings, with usage counts shown before deletion.
Embedded PDFs can be viewed full screen on mobile.
Analytics load faster, particularly for reports covering large learner groups.
Set a custom colour for individual buttons within the Buttons tile.
Select a logo from the existing image library instead of uploading it again each time—currently rolling out.
Lesson and course pages no longer contact Google’s servers to load fonts, addressing a common GDPR concern for European teams.
Completion rates are now reported more accurately in Analytics.
Quiz pages only count as complete after the learner submits an answer.
Conversation engagement time no longer increases while a learner’s device is asleep.
Courses using the latest Articulate Rise export format can now be imported successfully.
More areas of the dashboard and editor are available in additional languages.
