Start from: The Engagement Dashboard.
Note: only designated administrators per subcategory can see suggestions received in those boxes. When a user shares a suggestion, administrators will be notified by email, so they can consult the suggestion.
- Navigate to Suggestions box > Suggestions.
- Admins are able to:
- Reply to the user.
- Mark the suggestion as In Review or Reviewed.
- Check previous answers.

Admins can reply to the same suggestion more than once. Each new reply is added to the conversation thread and shown in chronological order, so both the employee and the admins can follow the full history of the discussion.
This makes it easier to:
- Ask follow-up questions.
- Share updates on what has been decided.
- Close the loop with a final confirmation once action has been taken.
