Engagement – Consistent Template for Dashboard Export Emails
Dashboard export emails were updated to use a shared template and consistent communication pattern across all supported export flows. Previously, several export emails used minimal HTML layouts, resulting in inconsistent formats and messaging. This update aligned all in-scope export emails under a single template structure, improving clarity and consistency without changing how exports are generated. Both attachment-based and link-based exports now follow the same communication pattern, ensuring users can clearly understand what has been exported and what action to take. Where applicable, download links also clearly communicate expiry.
Why this matters
Inconsistent email layouts and messaging made export notifications harder to understand and validate, particularly where different delivery methods (attachments vs links) were used.
This update ensures a consistent and predictable experience across all dashboard export emails, improving usability and reducing confusion.

Survey questions can now be reordered freely, with changes saving correctly when moving questions both up and down the list.
Duplicated survey questions not saving after edit
Duplicated survey questions are now saved correctly after editing, ensuring all changes are retained.
Incorrect employee count shown for date-based survey scheduling
Survey confirmation messaging now reflects when audience selection is based on employee start or end dates, removing the display of a fixed employee count.
Pinned channel posts not appearing in Mapal One carousel for all users
Channel posts configured for the Mapal One carousel now display correctly for all relevant users, including when a “pin communication” expiry date is set.
