Celebrations – Work anniversaries in Recognitions
We've introduced employee work anniversaries within the Recognitions feed in Mapal One.
When enabled, employees receive recognition for their work anniversaries based on their start date, allowing organisations to celebrate milestones and years of service alongside existing recognitions.
Why this matters
Recognising employee milestones helps celebrate loyalty, acknowledge achievements and encourage a stronger sense of belonging within the organisation. Administrators also have control over whether work anniversaries are displayed.

Audience targeting – Remove deleted category group levels from OS
Category group levels deleted in OS are no longer available for selection when creating new posts or publications in Engagement. Historic reporting remains intact.
Why this matters
Ensures content targeting uses the current organisational structure without affecting past reporting.

- Improved targeting accuracy: Only active category group levels can be selected when creating new content
- Cleaner audience selection: Deleted levels no longer appear as available targeting options

Survey Export Email Missing Download Link | We've resolved an issue where the Download and Survey Detail Export actions sent an email without the download button required to access exported survey results.
