Engagement can auto-translate employee content into the languages your organisation uses, so employees see content in their own language in Mapal One. You choose which languages are available. Once you select a language, a Translations step appears in the content builders across Engagement, with a tab for each selected language.

Dashboard > Settings > Translations
Start from: the Engagement dashboard.
Select Settings > Translations from the main menu.
In the Languages section, select the languages you want to translate into by default when creating or editing content.
Use the Select languages field to choose from: French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Finnish, and Italian.
Each language you add appears as a tag. To remove a language, select the × on its tag.
Select Save.
The languages you select appear as tabs in the Translations step of the content builders, such as news and forum posts, events, channel names, recognition reasons, and suggestion box categories. Builders show tabs only for the languages you have selected, and the Translations step appears only once at least one language is selected.
Notes: English is the default language and content is always available in it. The languages you select are the ones content is auto-translated into.
