Start from: The Easilys menu.
The Menu Templates screen has been specifically designed to facilitate the management of menu templates across multiple sites. No need to go to each site one by one to set up the menu templates; you can manage everything from your administrator site.
- Select the tabs Menus > Menu Templates.
- Select Create.

A menu "Create a Menu Template" appears on the right side of the screen.
- Complete it. The items marked with an * are mandatory to finalize the creation.
Note: The item Linked Period Types is addressed later in the tutorial.
- Select Save to finalize the creation.

- Once the template is created, you can go to the "Staff and Service Parameters" tab of the template to manage the structure of the menus.
- Select Edit.
- Add a service by selecting it from the list that appears as soon as you click in the search bar.

Focus on Managing Service Rates by Period
If you want to manage specific service rates according to periods of the year, you must create your periods from the Calendars screen (tabs Sites > Calendar).
Once the period types are created, link your period types to the relevant menu templates by completing the Linked Period Types section of the template in the Information tab.
- Select the menu template to which you want to link period types.
- Select Edit.
- Add the period types to link to the template in the "Linked Period Types" section of the template.
- Select Save.

The information "Period Types" can only be managed via this Menu Templates screen. This allows you to link defined periods from the Calendars screen to then set different service rates according to the periods. This avoids creating multiple menu templates for different periods of the year.
For more information regarding periods, refer to the article Manage different periods or how to make Easilys adapt to calendar fluctuations.
