When learners are moved between companies, completed customer-uploaded SCORM training records will now transfer with them where the equivalent training is available and assigned in the new company.

LTA learners excluded from Insights compliance calculations
Long Term Absent (LTA) learners will now be excluded from the compliance calculations used in Insights emails, ensuring the compliance percentage shown in the email matches the corresponding compliance reporting in Flow.

Provides a consistent view of compliance across Insights emails and Flow, with the same percentage shown in both places.

Bug fixes
Completed learning records preserved: Assigning learning with Reissue completed switched off no longer changes the commencement or due dates of existing completed allocations, keeping historical training and compliance data accurate.
Collections now complete correctly: Collections containing only Competences now automatically move to Completed when all Competences are marked as complete through the Competence Management page.
Reliable outbound integrations: Outbound integration files are now generated and delivered successfully to the configured SFTP location, ensuring files are available as expected.
Collection individual due dates preserved: Items within a Collection now retain their individually configured due dates when the Collection is assigned through a Training Structure, ensuring the correct dates are maintained for each item.
Fourth REST API SSO support: SSO IDs are now handled correctly through the Fourth REST API, supporting customers moving from the SOAP integration to REST while retaining SSO functionality.
Workbook Collection assignments preserved: Workbooks now remain in their assigned Collections when the Workbook is edited and republished, ensuring Collections continue to deliver the correct learning to new starters.

Trashed function now available!
Studio customers now have a 'Trashed' folder where they can access deleted lessons. From there, lessons can be restored or permanently deleted.

Easily undo accidental deletions, especially useful if multiple people are using the same platform.
Restyle lessons and manage narration with AI
The AI editing assistant can now update lesson colours and fonts through chat, including from uploaded brand guidelines. It can also rewrite narration scripts, change narrator voices, and switch narration on or off.

More language support
Brazilian Portuguese is now available as an interface language. Sinhala and Lao have been added as supported lesson languages, while Afrikaans, Zulu and Xhosa are now supported for translation and text-based learner content.

Regenerate translations in one click
All translations for a lesson or course can now be regenerated at once, rather than one language at a time. Translation changes also appear immediately in the editor, alongside improvements to imported text formatting.
