Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Select Production > Production to find the relevant screen.
- Here, you will find documents to help organize and monitor site or multi-site production through the consolidation of requirements.

Report of withdrawals by production workshop and by range: This report allows you to generate a document to download and/or print, listing the products to be withdrawn from stock to prepare for production. This report lists the products to be withdrawn for each workshop and groups them by range.

Report of withdrawals by production workshop and by storage area: This report allows you to generate a document to download and/or print, listing the products to be withdrawn from stock to prepare for production. This report lists the products to be withdrawn for each workshop and groups them by storage area.

Production report by workshop (detailed): This report allows you to generate a document to download and/or print, listing for each workshop the recipes to be produced, specifying their composition.
Report of withdrawals by range: This report allows you to generate a document to download and/or print, listing for each range the products to be withdrawn without detailing their workshop of use.

Report of withdrawals by storage area: This report allows you to generate a document to download and/or print, listing for each storage area the products to be withdrawn without detailing their workshop of use.

Production report by workshop (simplified): This report allows you to generate a document to download and/or print, listing for each workshop the recipes to be produced without specifying their composition.

Explanation of the different document formats:
- .DOC: Text document. Opens in a word processing software.
- .DOCX: Text document specific to Microsoft Word word processing software. Opens in Microsoft Word.
- .ODS: Spreadsheet document. Opens in spreadsheet software.
- .ODT: Document type for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, diagrams, drawings, and office database. Can be opened in various word processing and spreadsheet software, etc.
- .PDF: Non-editable document. The specificity of PDF is to preserve the layout of a document—fonts, images, graphic objects, etc.—as defined by its author, regardless of the software, operating system, and computer used to print or view it.
- .XLS: Spreadsheet document specific to Microsoft Office software. Opens in Microsoft Office.
- .XLSX: Spreadsheet document specific to Microsoft Office software. Opens in Microsoft Office from version 2007 onwards.
