Start from: The Workforce dashboard.
Before you close worked time, make sure you have:
- Reviewed all shifts and approvals for the week. For more information, see Access & review Timesheets.
- Adjusted any incorrect clock-ins, clock-outs, or breaks. See Enter or adjust worked time on a Timesheet for more information.
- Confirmed that overtime, absences, and corrections are accurate.
Closing should be the final step, once the week’s timesheets are correct.
Close worked time
- Navigate to Time & Attendance > Close Timesheets.
- Use the Week panel to find the specific week you need to close.
- The Unit list will populate. Locate the specific Business Unit from the list.

- In the Unit's row, locate the Closed column and select the empty space.
- The system will now mark the week as closed. You will see a padlock icon on the previously empty space.

Note: Once a week is closed, further changes may be restricted. If you need to correct a closed week, click the padlock icon to reopen it and be able to process new adjustments.
