Note: Each action that can be performed in the application is subject to access permissions. If you are unable to perform the actions recommended in the articles you are reading, this may mean that the necessary permissions are not enabled for your user profile. Contact the support team or your administrator to find out more.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Navigate to Products > Product Administration.
- The list of industrial products is displayed, showing for each one:
- The ingredient(s) to which it is linked
- Its family
- Its tax
- Its category
- Use the search by label field and/or the filters to display the products you wish to modify.
- Tick the products to modify in the list, either one by one or using the multi-select checkbox.
- Check the number of selected products to be aware of the impact your action will have.
- Select the action button corresponding to what you wish to do.
Note: The change is instant and does not require validation or saving. A confirmation message appears after the action. The available actions are:
- Link to an ingredient: the ingredient you select from the list is immediately linked to all the selected products. This link is added to any ingredients already linked to the selected products.
- Link to a tax: the tax you select from the list is immediately assigned to all the selected products. This tax replaces the tax previously assigned to those products.
- Link to a family: the family you select from the list is immediately assigned to all the selected products. This family replaces the family previously assigned to those products.
- Attach to a category: the category you select from the list is immediately assigned to all the selected products. This category replaces the category previously assigned to those products.
