Stocks – Batch and traceability management
Stock movements now include advanced batch management for stock entries and exits. Users can select one or more existing batches, or manually create a new batch with its expiry date and quantity directly during stock movements.
Benefits: stronger product and expiry-date traceability. More reliable stock quantity management. More secure movements involving multiple batches.
Site supply – Products sorted alphabetically
In the Site Supply screen, products are now sorted by label within storage areas.
Benefits: smoother order reading. Easier product search. Time savings for logistics teams.
Other updates
- The Optimarche interface now uses external identifiers (extId) to match product origins, making the integration more reliable despite label differences between systems.
- Integration of the AI assistant continues in Easilys to progressively support selected business use cases.
Main fixes
- In Product Administration V2, the supplier filter now works correctly with all suppliers.
- In Menu Quantities entry, the same planning controls now apply to planned menu quantities and ordered menu quantities.
- In Stock, a dedicated permission now specifically allows stock withdrawals with the “Loss or known loss” origin.
- In inventories, stock product price calculation has been fixed to correctly rely on the storage unit price during an inventory.
- In Orion interfaces, fixed an issue that could multiply invoice line amounts according to the number of documents attached to the invoice.
