Key updates
Homepage – Easier creation of internal messages
Internal message creation is evolving with a new text formatting tool directly integrated into Easilys. Administrators can now easily create clearer and more visual homepage messages (titles, lists, formatted text, images, etc.) without any HTML knowledge. HTML editing remains available for advanced users.
Benefits: clearer and more visual messages. Easier internal communication. Time savings when formatting content.
Regional settings – Number and currency formatting
It is now possible in user settings to choose “Regional settings for number formatting” so that currencies, prices and other numbers are displayed according to local conventions.
Benefits: better adaptation to local practices. More consistent display of amounts and currencies. Improved user experience in international contexts.
Other updates
- When modifying supplier products from a supplier price list, a new warning now asks users to confirm whether changes should be propagated to future price lists.
- The “Receipts: status tracking” report has been updated with numeric status displays to improve readability and receipt monitoring.
Main fixes
- In menus, fixed an issue preventing the weekly menu report from being generated correctly.
- In order preparation, the “Detailed needs analysis” and “Needs Excel export” reports now display complete data when used in “from site orders” mode.
- In supplier orders, payment methods are now validated during order update or submission to prevent the use of payment methods not authorised by the supplier.
- In supplier claims, all tracking comments are now correctly displayed, including when several lines share exactly the same timestamp.
- In site supply management, fixed an issue that could generate incorrect quantities or false “insufficient stock” messages when sending a delivery containing several lines for the same item.
