Note: Hiding a screen only removes it from your navigation menu. You keep the right to access it, and you can show it again at any time.
Hide a screen or a module
Start from: the Easilys menu.
- Select your name in the menu panel, then My rights.
- Expand the module that contains the screen to hide.
- Select the screen's eye icon. When you hover over it, it shows Hide this screen in the navigation menu.
The icon changes to a closed eye, and the screen disappears from your menu.

To hide all the screens of a module at once, select the module's eye icon. When you hover over it, it shows Hide this module in the navigation menu. All the module's screens disappear from your menu.

Show a screen again
- Go back to My rights and expand the module.
- Select the screen's closed eye. When you hover over it, it shows Show this screen in the navigation menu.
The screen appears in your menu again.
To show a hidden module again, select the module's closed eye. All the module's screens become visible again, including those you hid one by one.

Note: If you do not see the eye icon, your profile does not have the right to change your menu display. Contact your administrator.
Good to know
- Hiding is personal: it only affects you. Other users with your profile keep their menu as it is.
- Your browser remembers what you hid: you find your simplified menu when you sign in again with the same browser. If you use another browser or computer, or clear your browser data, your full menu is shown again.
- Hiding a screen does not change your rights: you can still see the full list of your rights in My rights.
To find out what your profile allows, see View your rights.
