Enhancements
More reports available directly from Headcount Entry
The “Consolidated Multi-Category” report is now available directly from the Headcount Entry screen, with the same generation options as from the Menu screen. This continues the work already started with the “Menu week” report. More reports currently available from the Menu screen will progressively be made available from Headcount Entry.
Why this matters
Many child sites, particularly in central-kitchen organizations, mainly work from Headcount Entry and do not necessarily have access to the Menu screen. Making these reports available directly from their working screen gives them greater autonomy without requiring access to additional screens.
Key benefits
- Easier access to existing menu reports.
- Greater autonomy for child sites.
- Reduced dependency on the Menu screen.
- Reports available within the usual operational workflow.
Location-based bank holiday management extended to delivery sites
Location-based bank holiday management, already applied to suppliers, now also applies to delivery sites. When a user forces a date that falls on a supplier or delivery-site bank holiday, the date can be retained and a contextual message clearly identifies the affected supplier or delivery site, the location and the date. However, the order still cannot be validated or sent with that date. This also applies to orders sent by EDI.
Why this matters
In organizations operating across multiple geographical areas, delivery constraints are not necessarily the same everywhere. This enhancement completes the calendar management by taking into account the location of both the supplier and the delivery site when validating delivery dates.
Key benefits
- More precise location-based bank holiday handling.
- Delivery-site constraints are taken into account.
- Clearer information when a bank holiday date is forced.
- Consistent validation through to EDI orders.
A more complete recipe view from Menu Pre-design
The recipe detail drawer in Menu Pre-design now displays the full hierarchical composition, including sub-recipes and sub-sub-recipes. The same view also displays consolidated allergens with their icons, as well as any Smart Specification conflicts.
Why this matters
When checking a menu, seeing only the first level of a recipe’s composition is not always enough. This view now makes it possible to understand the recipe’s complete composition without leaving the menu context.
Key benefits
- Full visibility across all composition levels.
- Consolidated allergens in the same view.
- Smart Specification conflicts are clearly visible.
- Streamlined analysis within Menu Pre-design.
Smart Yield improvements
Smart Yield has evolved in two areas.
First, a new “Yield Coefficient” field allows the impact of a rule to be entered as either a percentage or a coefficient, with automatic synchronization between the two values.
In addition, rule management in multi-site organizations has been improved: rules without a site criterion now apply to relevant inherited recipes and are taken into account in calculations performed from descendant sites. Recipe details also include a new indicator identifying rules applied to inherited recipes.
Why this matters
These improvements make it easier both to configure yields and to apply rules in multi-site organizations. They provide greater flexibility when configuring rules and a clearer understanding of how they apply to inherited recipes.
Key benefits
- More flexible yield configuration.
- Automatic sync between percentage and coefficient.
- Better handling of inherited recipes in calculations.
- Greater visibility into rule origins in recipe details.
Other enhancements
- Menus — An icon now indicates whether a recipe cost is historized or calculated in real time.
- Recipe transfers — Transferring a main recipe now also includes all of its derived recipes and identifies the recipe causing a potential transfer issue.
- Products and recipes in liters — Easilys now provides better support for low-density products, such as some ice creams and mousses, with appropriate density ranges for both products and recipes.
- Recipe sheets — Bulk printing now supports up to 200 recipes and provides additional information, including compatible meal elements and the last update date. Handling of non-food components and associated costs has also been fixed.
- Supplier orders — Exchange rates used when an order is sent are now retained to ensure consistency when orders are reprinted or re-edited.
- EDI — Additional information is now available in the EDI supplier-order list.
- Supplier product imports — Client price imports can now define whether each supplier product can be ordered.
- Imports/Exports —
id/extIdhandling has been standardized across several imports and exports to make them easier to use. - API — New endpoints make it possible to retrieve elements and recipes across all sites, with filtering and pagination options depending on the data concerned.
- Orion — The integration now takes into account the Service Fait status configured for the site and also sends the reception note generated by Easilys.
- AI Assistant — The AI Assistant language now automatically adapts to the current session language.
Stability and fixes
This release also includes several stability improvements and fixes:
- Imports — Improved performance when processing large files and fixed timeout issues affecting some imports.
- Inventories on mobile — Fixed a scrolling issue affecting the product list in both portrait and landscape modes.
- Control dishes — Fixed missing control dishes in some packaging and shipment reports.
- Known losses and markdowns — Fixed material cost calculation in some cases where a loss is validated after its loss date.
- INCO label printing — Fixed intermittent issues that could affect ingredient origins, DLC data and report generation.
- Supplier product exports — Fixed duplicate lines when some supplier products belong to multiple price lists.
- LightSpeed — Some non-compliant SKU data no longer blocks the entire synchronization process.
- Several other fixes also improve supplier orders, receptions, calls for tenders, menu templates and overall Easilys stability.
