Improvements
Removal of legacy embedded help access
Access to the legacy in-app help (the “i” button) has been removed. The Knowledge Base, available from the left-hand menu, contains all the up-to-date help you need.
Why this matters
It provides a clear, consistent help path and avoids duplicate or outdated content.
Key benefits
• Single, reliable destination for help content.
• Cleaner interface without duplicate entry points.
Rights Management: greater visibility on profiles and rights
Administrators can open the list of users associated with a profile directly from the Profiles tab (subject to the appropriate permissions). In the Comparator, hovering screens or rights that have an availability version shows “Available from version: X.” The Comparator is clearer to read, with action types shown as colored icons, alphabetic sorting in the user’s language, easier row expansion, a more visible profile actions button, and an improved version filter that can return to “All versions” without resetting other filters.
Why this matters
Admins gain clarity on who is impacted by each profile and when rights and screens became available, making access reviews faster and more accurate.
Key benefits
• Quick visibility of profile membership across sites (with appropriate rights).
• Transparent version availability for screens and rights.
• More readable Comparator with improved interactions and filtering.
Recipe simulation: origins of industrial products
Recipe simulations now list the origins of industrial products used in the recipe.
Why this matters
This supports labelling needs where ingredient origins must be displayed and brings relevant information together in one place.
Key benefits
• Faster access to origin information during simulation.
• Improved readiness for origin-related labelling requirements.
Other improvements
Imports made more reliable
Imports now keep more fields unchanged on update where applicable (for example, product links, multiples, flags, families, and units). Additional validations reduce unnecessary rejections and avoid overwriting site-specific settings.
Track orders: display ordered product comments
Comments added to ordered products are now visible in supplier order details.
Supervision of order dispatch: supplier type filter
Sent orders can be filtered by supplier type (internal or external) for quicker review.
Invoice export: stock transfer flag
Invoice exports now indicate whether an invoice originates from a stock transfer.
Stability and fixes
This release also includes multiple stabilization items that improve reliability and consistency across daily workflows:
• Menus and templates: improved behavior when saving, duplicating, and copying, ensuring templates and services behave consistently.
• Cost calculations: corrected cumulative service cost calculations in menus and related indicators.
• Invoicing and credit processes: adjustments to invoice certification, and refinements to credit note requests and invoices generated from claims.
• Operations and reports: improved outbound reporting logic, including rounding and completion behavior aligned with expected packaging and grammage settings.
• Supplier data: the EDI codes list is now easier to access from supplier details.
• Integrations and automation: improved loading behavior for the assistant on new-generation screens, more reliable fax sending, and more robust analytics synchronization for larger datasets.
• Contracts: corrected date handling across time zones and improved navigation after creating new contracts.
