Start from: the Easilys menu
Reports in the Stock tab
- Select the Stock > Stock tabs.
- Select the Reports icon to open the report.
- You'll find the following reports available from the dropdown.
Products Below Minimum Stock: Lists products under their configured minimum stock level for the selected date.
Stock Status: Printable report showing stock at a chosen date, organised by storage area. Used to check that Easilys stock matches physical stock. Real stock can be entered in the “Observed Quantity” column before running an inventory.
Stock Status (Spreadsheet): Same as above but in spreadsheet format.
Reports in the Stock Movements tab
- Select the Stock > Stock tabs.
- Select the Reports icon to open the report.
- You'll find the following reports available from the dropdown.
Stock Movements Sheet: Lists all stock movements during a defined period (manual and automatic, e.g. reopening receptions or closing an inventory).
Stock Movements Sheet (Spreadsheet): Same as above in spreadsheet format.
Stock Movements with Selected Movements (Spreadsheet): Same as above, but allows you to choose exactly which movement types to include.
Consumption by Meal Type: Lists daily consumptions used to calculate food cost price for the selected date.
Stock Adjustments: Lists only adjustment movements (in/out) for the selected period.
Unreported Removals: Lists only the unreported removals made within a chosen date period.
Exceptional Removals: Lists only exceptional outputs for the selected period.
Document formats
.DOC - Text document. Opens in word processing software. .DOCX - Text document specific to Microsoft Word word processing software. Opens in Microsoft Word. .ODS - Spreadsheet document. Opens in spreadsheet software. .ODT - Word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, diagram, drawing and office database document. Can be opened in various word processors, spreadsheet programs, etc. .PDF - Non-editable document. The special feature of PDF is that it preserves the layout of a document - fonts, images, graphic objects, etc. - as defined by the user. This is true regardless of the software, operating system and computer used to print or view it. .XLS - Spreadsheet-type document specific to Microsoft Office software. Opens in Microsoft Office. .XLSX - Spreadsheet document specific to Microsoft Office software. Opens in Microsoft Office 2007 and later.
